Safety
Alltrus has a formal safety program that was developed specifically for our employees and contractors, as their safety is of the highest priority to our business. We are proud of the fact that safety is one of the core values of our culture, to create a safe and positive work environment.
Hazwoper Certified, our safety program meets or exceeds OSHA requirements. Additionally, we provide continuous safety training for all operations employees every four weeks, weekly job site safety meetings, and daily/weekly safety inspections by Superintendents.
Alltrus' ultimate goal is to ensure that the guidelines and protections offered by our safety program be incorporated into our projects by all Alltrus employees, as well as trade contractors and subcontractors.
Quality
Alltrus' quality standards are the highest in the industry. We strive to provide the utmost quality in all services we provide. Many checks and balances are in place to ensure companywide adherence to these standards. All crews and management are held accountable for maintaining this system. This process starts with extensive training in their work task as well as job site protocols. Project sites are inspected thoroughly via checklists by every crew on-site, as well as followed up by a quality manager whose sole responsibility is that our customers and their clients are happy.
